The bike shop was super helpful and fast. Got me in and out quickly on a random drop in near the end of the day. The guys who helped me were all friendly.

Our family rented bikes from the store for the day to bike around the Redding trails. The staff were very personable and helpful for adjusting the bicycles. They took time to make sure we had directions and were comfortable on the bikes. We will definitely come back!
This place is amazing. I ordered a bicycle from Specialized online that was scheduled to be picked up in the store. If I knew earlier I would have bought my bike from them.
The company sent the order mistakenly to Kansas. I called the shop to inquire and they were so nice to track the bike for me and let me know the estimated time of delivery as well (this information that was lacking from Specialized bike company themselves). This really showed how much they care.
After about 3 weeks I went back to the shop to get the bike kick stand and they took time to explain me about my electric bike and answered all my concerns. They tuned the gears and fixed the seat with no additional charge.
I am really happy with the services so far. I would really recommend this shop to anyone wanting to get a bike, accessories or maintenance.
John at Redding Sports Ltd assembled, and put on a Kuat 4-bike bike rack on our car in an hour, while their bike technicians fixed up my daughters bike which had just 2 hours before fell off our (old) bike rack while barreling down I-5! John and Redding Sports Ltd was a lifesaver, allowing us to continue south to San Francisco and another 1000 miles (back to Oregon) with the sturdy bike rack. Thank you John and Redding Sports Ltd!

Only local place to buy gear. Really pains me to say this but when I came in here with a manufacturer problem with one of my googles. I was treated like I was inexperienced with googles. I knew exactly what the problem was. Just don’t expect them to help you in store go straight to the manufacturer if you buy something from them. I also had a friend who bought boots from them and the boa broke within a few day’s on the mountain and they treated him the same way he warned me should’ve just bought them online.
(Update)the replacement lens came very fast. Got it 2 days later which was very pleasant surprise
